Athens VS Beijing

Between simply and grand, which do you prefer?

My point of view is, creative is more important, I am more into the clean, simply, minimalist and conceptual ideas.

In the Athens 2004 Opening Ceremony, I love the boy "driving" paper boat on the water concept very much, some "forms and sharps" came out from the water also very creative and beautiful! They were simple and lovely, but memorable. Bjork in the Closing Ceremony was also great! :)

For the Beijing 2008 Opening Ceremony, it's really very grand and magnificently, they spent a huge amount of money and men power in the ceremony, i like it also, just the overall feeling was a bit expected...

p.s. Couldn't find any Beijing Olympic video in youtube :(

無悔青春

一直以來 都覺得我的青春期缺了一個洞-
沒有努力學習 沒有努力去玩 更沒努力學壞
永遠都沒辦法跑回去把它填補
雖不至於後悔莫及 但始終是一個遺憾
所以很喜歡看一些為青春努力開竅的陽光電影
如幾年前的激浪青春(Ganbatte ikimasshoi/Give It All)
和早前的Juno少女孕記(Juno)
看的時候 手指頭會不自覺地穿入心底那個小洞
戳過來 戳過去...

Juno個性直率 敢愛敢做 獨立自信
青春期的性行為當然不足為奇
雲雨對像不算是她的男友 只算同窗好友
但却意外懷孕 於是想過惰胎...但始終於心不忍
最後決定送給一對不育夫婦收養
於是他跟夫婦兩一起經歴胎兒的成長

只是日子久了 Juno發現夫婦之間的微妙關係
他們只建基於浮面的愛情 不帶半點感情
女方越發渴望嬰兒的誕生 男方却越覺焦慮
男更對Juno的率性產生好感 和渴望
於是Juno對愛情 對婚姻
好生困惑 (父親也早跟親母離婚了)

後來夫婦離婚了
女方却堅持要是成為孩子單親媽媽
Juno亦很樂意把嬰兒交給她
因為她感受到她強烈的母愛-
而這 Juno自知現時不夠成熟去付出

這一年的經歴
對Juno來說好比上了重要的一課
這給她帶來急速的成長
於是 她重新檢視對小男友的感情 感覺
重新起步 勇敢去發掘愛情

相信從此
她心底的印記是-
無悔青春

漲滿

今天下了一整天的雨...
下班時路邊的水溝都漲滿了
不算討厭雨
只是胸口裡有時會跟著滴答

回家路上看著巴士窗外的水不斷流淌
一扇與一扇之間反映到自己的影子
隐約看到眉宇之間也形成了凹溝
可能因為随身聽響著portishead
over, unidenied, sour time的一直播
很應景 惰落而俗氣

撐起雨傘 前路有太多大大小小的水溝
水太漲了 竟不知要怎様前行
這時耳中響著的是Roads
想著 不要緊 很久沒享受這種廉價的淒冷
於是便繞了遠路
經過了公園 荷池

踏進大樓 Roads便剛好完結

ArtHK08

今早決定過一個悠閒的周日:
下午游泳一小時
黃昏回家聽聽音樂呷杯咖啡
晚上跟友人吃個便飯
如此去過這一天

想著想著的時候
msn的另一邊朋友提醒:
今天是最後一天的ArtHK08
下午五時關館
(早前已決定去 後來卻忘了記下展期)
差不多同一時間電話的另一邊:
記得今晚跟舊同事們一起晚飯以慶某某新婚
(完全給忘記了!)

於是 -
今天又過了一個忙碌的星期天:
2-5pm: ArtHK08
6-7pm: 游泳
8-10:30pm: 新婚晚飯
累累累~~~

不過幸好去了ArtHK08
一個好充實的展覽

Felt a bit tired when i woke up this morning as did a lot of sports yesterday, so planned to get a relaxing day today. Only wanted to swim awhile afternoon.
Meanwhile, my friend added me on msn and told me that today was the last day of the ArtHK08 fair. (planned to go there few weeks ago!)
Almost at the same time, my colleague called me and reminded me to attend a wedding dinner tonight. (totally forgot!)
Whahahah, busy holiday again!!
therefore, today schedule was:
2-5pm: ArtHK08
6-7pm: Swimming
8-10:30pm: Wedding dinner

However, i had a good time in the art fair
(thanks for sunny provided us the entrance ticket)
